Remember times when you have been angry or jealous or just difficult. Is that how you want to be?

Mahayana Buddhism encourages people to develop their good qualities so they gradually become stronger than the selfish ones. Buddhists believe that we all have basic goodness and all we have to do is strengthen it and nourish it.
