- Description
How can we be content and at peace with ourselves and our surroundings? Can we find it in ourselves or are we dependent on other factors? Why is it that we continuously crave for more?
In Buddhism, it is said that there are two types of happiness: one which is based on material goods, and one which is inner peace and contentment. The first is very expensive and often unreliable, the second is a lasting peace of mind which already exists inside us, ready to be enjoyed.
