Depending on good or bad intentions our actions are skilful or unskilful.

Unskilful actions can cause harm to ourselves and others. Skilful actions can benefit and help us and those around us.

How can we avoid harming and rather help and sow good seeds with our actions of body, speech, and mind?

Once we or others have done something wrong, how can we learn to ‘say sorry’ and forgive ourselves and others?
